Breast cancer cancer cells with ER expression of 70%, PR expression of 10% and HER-2++ can be treated with surgery, radiotherapy and drugs.
1. Surgery: It is the conventional choice for breast cancer treatment, and most breast cancer patients are now treated with surgery as the main comprehensive treatment program. However, whether surgery can be performed or not requires comprehensive assessment by clinicians.
2. Radiotherapy, often combined with surgery or chemotherapy, to reduce tumor metastasis and recurrence and improve the survival rate of patients. Palliative radiotherapy can also be considered for patients with advanced breast cancer.
3. Drug therapy, commonly including endocrine drugs, chemotherapeutic drugs and targeted drugs.
(1) Endocrine drugs, including tamoxifen, letrozole, anastrozole and exemestane. The patient’s ER and PR expression are positive, indicating that the patient can use endocrine drugs.
(2) Chemotherapy, including doxorubicin, epirubicin, docetaxel, paclitaxel and cyclophosphamide. The appropriate chemotherapy program should be selected under the guidance of the doctor and in accordance with the individual’s condition.
(3) Targeted therapy, commonly used drugs are trastuzumab, patuzumab and so on. The patient’s HER-2 is ++, and further FISH staining is needed to determine whether HER-2 is positively expressed.
Breast cancer patients need timely consultation and active treatment.
