Lymph node metastasis of thyroid cancer can take anti-inflammatory drugs. If thyroid cancer with lymph node metastasis is accompanied by infectious disease, patients can take anti-inflammatory drugs under doctor’s instruction for treatment. Commonly used anti-inflammatory drugs include amoxicillin, cefaclor, levofloxacin and so on. Taking anti-inflammatory drugs can effectively prevent and control inflammatory diseases, avoid infection due to lowered immunity, and will not lead to aggravation of thyroid cancer, so it is possible to take anti-inflammatory drugs when lymph node metastasis of thyroid cancer occurs. It should be noted that anti-inflammatory drugs can not effectively treat lymph node metastasis of thyroid cancer, and when lymph node metastasis of thyroid cancer occurs, patients need to go to the hospital for thyroidectomy and lymph node dissection surgery at an early stage. After the surgery, patients need to take iodine 131 treatment and levothyroxine tablets as replacement therapy. After the surgery for lymph node metastasis of thyroid cancer, patients need to go to the hospital for regular review to avoid recurrence of the disease.
