Ten criteria for health

The World Health Organization has proposed ten criteria for health: First, enough energy to cope with the pressure of daily work and life without feeling overly stressed. The second is to deal with optimism, positive attitude, willing to take responsibility for everything without being fussy. Third, good at rest and sleep well. Four is resilient, able to adapt to various changes in the external environment. Five is able to resist common colds and infectious diseases. Sixth is the proper weight, body proportion, standing, head, shoulder and hip position coordination. Seven is bright eyes, sharp reactions, eyelids do not zou inflammation. Eight is clean teeth, no cavity, no pain, normal color of gums: no bleeding. Nine is shiny hair, no dandruff. Ten is full of muscle and elastic skin.
