Second, if the elderly have endocrine metabolic diseases, in hypothyroidism, hypoadrenocorticism, they will also have this condition. Third, if the elderly have hypertension, especially in malignant hypertension, grade 3 hypertension or higher leading to increased intracranial pressure, which triggers acute hypertensive emergencies in patients with high pressure at 180 mmHg and low pressure at 120 mmHg or higher, they will also have symptoms of dizziness and vomiting.
