The so-called mildest type of nephrotic syndrome needs to be judged based on a combination of the type of pathology and how well it responds to the drugs in the treatment program. Some pathologic types are very effective to the treatment that is relatively light, such as microscopic lesion nephropathy, mild thylakoid glomerulonephritis is relatively light. Patients with microscopic lesion nephropathy and mild thylakoid glomerulonephritis usually have milder symptoms and more mild lesions. Microscopic lesion nephropathy can be treated with glucocorticoids to achieve complete clinical remission. Mild thylakoid proliferative glomerulonephritis can be relieved and clinically cured after active treatment, and some patients can be relieved of uncomfortable symptoms after hormone treatment. Patients with nephrotic syndrome are advised to go to regular hospitals in time and receive standardized treatment under the guidance of doctors to avoid delay.
