Prescription for spring and fall health care for patients with dry syndrome

  ”The basic principle of health care is to eat in moderation, to live in moderation, and not to work unknowingly.  The diet should follow the idea of “Harmonizing the five tastes” in the Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine, and the comprehensive nutrition plan of “five grains for nourishment, five fruits for help, five animals for benefit, five vegetables for enrichment”, with less frying, more fruits and vegetables, and a light diet, avoiding tobacco and alcohol and other stimulants. If dry mouth is obvious, use: 2g of maitake, 2g of dendrobium, 2g of peppermint, three Chinese herbal decoction to drink as tea, those who have poor appetite can add several drops of ginger juice to the above drink to reduce the impact on the stomach and intestines.  If the dry eyes are more obvious, you can use Chinese medicine eye solution: pearl bright eye solution drops, but also on top of that: wolfberry 2g, hanging white chrysanthemum 2g, green tea 2g, for tea bubble drink.  If the dry skin is obvious, you should bathe properly to hydrate the skin. Patients should try to avoid using too strong alkaline skin cleansing products, so as not to make excessive sebum loss and aggravate the dry skin. Natural plant aromatherapy bath products can be used in moderation, the main active ingredients of these products come from plant essential oils, such as lavender, chamomile, calendula, rose and other flower essential oils, these ingredients can promote skin metabolism, improve skin blood circulation thus quickly relieve dry skin symptoms.
