Other: dry syndrome affects the function of glands, and due to the diminished function may affect other exocrine glands. If it affects the nasal cavity, the nasal mucus will be dry and the nasal passage will be blocked, the throat will be dry and the voice will be hoarse, the trachea will be dry and people will cough easily, the vagina will be dry and it will be painful during intercourse, and the itching caused by dry skin will be more common. When the disease appears, timely treatment is needed to avoid delaying the disease and involving other tissues and organs. Avoid being in a room with central heating and air conditioning for a long time, wear goggles or try not to go out when there is wind, use artificial tears to relieve dry eyes, use saliva substitutes when your mouth is dry, or stimulate the salivary glands in your mouth to secrete saliva, when your lips, skin, nose and other parts of your body are dry, you can moisturize them locally several times, such as using lip balm, moisturizer, saline nose spray, etc. to ensure the local area is in a moist state.
