Infants with high muscle tone will have the following manifestations: 1) head tilting back, body jerking, and coracoacromial dystonia due to back muscle tension; 2) both upper limbs rotating forward and backward, showing airplane hands, and clenching both fists; 3) both lower limbs had an internally rotated state, with pointed feet of both legs, and inward or outward knee rotation; 4) not being able to stay sitting alone, and easily having a posterior pelvic tilt and body falling backward when sitting; 5) not being able to crawl and having an uncoordinated body. Mostly caused by the presence of brain lesions, such as hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, premature babies, etc. If you have the above manifestations and medical history, you should visit the hospital promptly to give the necessary early intervention.
