Sequelae of premature cardiac ablation include cardiac tamponade, arrhythmia, pulmonary vein stenosis and so on.
1. Cardiac tamponade: a few patients may cause cardiac tamponade due to perforation of the heart during radiofrequency ablation, and the patients will show symptoms such as cyanosis of lips and mouth, increased heart rate, dyspnea and loss of consciousness.
2. Arrhythmia: A few patients may suffer from atrioventricular block and excessive bradycardia due to the damage of conduction bundles during the procedure, which manifests as dizziness, generalized weakness, precordial pain, etc., and may lead to fainting in severe cases.
3. Pulmonary vein stenosis: In cardiac radiofrequency ablation surgery, it can cause scarring and fibrosis in the pulmonary veins, resulting in pulmonary vein stenosis.
After the premature cardiac ablation surgery, if there is obvious discomfort, reasonable treatment under the guidance of the doctor to avoid delay.
