Dry pericarditis (acute non-specific pericarditis)
Bed rest until fever and chest pain disappear
Prescription I: Aspirin 0.3~0.5 tid
Prescription two: Indomethacin 25mg tid
Note: The disease is self-limiting (including viral, post-myocardial infarction pericarditis, etc.), with a duration of 2-6 weeks. The acute phase is mainly symptomatic, with the administration of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics. It can be discharged after symptom control, but should be reviewed periodically for the occurrence of exudative and constrictive pericarditis.
Prophylactic treatment of hypoxia in tetralogy of Fallot
Prescription: propranolol (Jinan) 0.5~1mg/kg po tid
During the onset of hypoxia in tetralogy of Fallot
Prescription: knee-chest position
oxygenation
Morphine 0.1~0.2mg/(kg*time)
Propranolol 0.1mg/kg intravenous injection
5% sodium bicarbonate 2~5ml/kg diluted and administered intravenously
Cardiomyopathy
(I) Dilated cardiomyopathy
Prescription: Metoprolol (Medoxinan) 6.25~12.5mg bid
Captopril 25mg tid
Isosorbide nitrate 10mg tid
Digoxin 0.25mg qd
Aspirin 0.1 qd
