Tubular adenomas with moderate epithelial heterogeneous hyperplasia are low-grade adenomas with low cellular heterogeneity and can be treated surgically by removing the mass. Surgical treatment: surgical resection using direct biopsy forceps, cold/hot loop polypectomy, and endoscopic mucosal resection can be performed. Tubular adenoma is a benign epithelial precancerous lesion of the colorectum. Low-grade adenomas can be treated surgically with excellent results and low recurrence rates. When the diagnosis of tubular adenoma with moderate heterogeneous epithelial hyperplasia is made, prompt medical attention should be sought to choose the appropriate treatment.
