Early symptoms of osteosarcoma are bony lumps, bone and joint pain and movement disorders. 1. Bone lumps: hard lumps will appear on the surface of bone and some patients have pain. 2. Bone and joint pain: pain and swelling in the bone and neighboring joints, which will be aggravated at night, and the severity of pain is not related to activities. The nature of the pain is varied, including stabbing pain, dull pain and pulling pain. 3. Movement disorder: easy fatigue, weight loss, fever, mental depression and other symptoms will appear, and some patients will have pain in the back without obvious causes. Osteosarcoma compresses the nerves, resulting in numbness at the distal end of the limbs. 4. Other possible symptoms: pathologic fracture is easy to occur, and patients develop fractures of unknown etiology. Spontaneous fracture is also one of the common early symptoms of bone cancer. Patients with the above symptoms need to go to the hospital in time for diagnosis and symptomatic treatment.
