Normally, hysteroscopic residual removal does not cause hemorrhage. If hemorrhage occurs, it is usually caused by endometrial cancer, improper operation, abnormal coagulation function or incomplete abortion. 1. Endometrial cancer: If there is cancer-like lesion in the endometrium, as the cancerous tissue is relatively brittle in texture, it is easy to cause local trauma after hysteroscopic residual removal, and the bleeding will be more, thus leading to uterine hemorrhage. 2. Improper operation of hysteroscopy: if the operator has improper technique during hysteroscopic residual removal, it may lead to laceration of the cervix or perforation of the uterus, and then uterine hemorrhage will occur after the operation. 3. Abnormal coagulation function: If a woman needs to perform residual removal surgery through hysteroscopy due to abortion, she is prone to abnormal coagulation function, which may lead to uterine hemorrhage after hysteroscopic operation. 4. Incomplete abortion: refers to the removal of residual pregnancy tissue through hysteroscopy, residual pregnancy tissue and uterine wall stripping process, once the blood sinus rupture, it will cause uterine hemorrhage after hysteroscopy. Generally the removal of residual intrauterine tissue by hysteroscopy will not cause hemorrhage, but there may be uterine hemorrhage after hysteroscopic operation due to the presence of endometrial cancer, improper operation of hysteroscopy, abnormal coagulation function, and incomplete abortion, which need to be paid attention to, and it is recommended to carry out targeted treatment in time.
