What are the causes of joint injuries

Joint injuries are generally divided into three categories: one is degenerative, aging osteoarthritis. The second is traumatic arthritis, in which the cartilage surface of the joint is damaged for various reasons, and the meniscal ligaments of the joint are damaged and the joint eventually loses its function; the third is various rheumatic, rheumatoid, or gouty arthritis, which causes joint destruction. Generally, these three causes are the main causes of joint destruction.
