Trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets action

Trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets are mainly used for the treatment of angina pectoris. It is also used as an adjunctive treatment for vertigo and tinnitus, and in patients with severe cardiac insufficiency, it can be used together with digitalis I to improve heart failure symptoms. Trimetazidine tablets help to nourish the heart muscle and improve exercise tolerance in patients, and are ideal for exertional angina and angina induced by cold stimulation. To take, usually 1 tablet is taken 3 times a day with meals. This drug is used in the treatment of angina pectoris, often together with beta-blockers, non-dihydropyridines, calcium antagonists, nitrates, and anti-platelet drugs, to treat coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets are relatively effective and patients are advised to take them orally for a long time. After 3 months of administration, the therapeutic efficacy is evaluated. If there is no significant efficacy after the evaluation, the drug can also be discontinued.
