Carvedilol tablets are effective in treating mild and moderate hypertension. Its side effects include cardiac insufficiency and aplastic anemia. Carvedilol Tablets can be used to treat mild and moderate hypertension, either alone or in combination with other anti-hypertensive medications (especially thiazide diuretics). Adverse reactions of Carvedilol Tablets include cardiac insufficiency, hypertension, aplastic anemia, edema, fever, hypotension, gout, hyperlipidemia, gastrointestinal reactions, infections, allergic reactions, hypoglycemia, and renal function abnormalities. Carvedilol tablets are contraindicated in hypersensitivity, tracheospasm, sick sinus node syndrome, cardiogenic shock, severe hepatic insufficiency, diabetic ketoacidosis. This drug should be used under the supervision of a physician, and should not be used arbitrarily on its own.
