What should I do if my eyes are dim?

Faintness of the eyes, which generally refers to blurred vision, may be caused by myopia, cataract, keratitis and other diseases, and should be clearly diagnosed, and choose the appropriate way of treatment, including general treatment, medication, surgical treatment, and so on.
1. Myopia: If myopia causes blurred eyes, you should pay attention to reasonable eye use in daily life, and you can wear framed glasses to be able to correct your vision. You can also choose surgical treatment, such as corneal refractive surgery.
2. Cataract: cataract will cause patients’ eyes to be faint, drug treatment is not ideal, clinically based on surgical treatment, surgical modalities such as extracapsular cataract extraction, ultrasonic emulsification cataract aspiration and so on.
3. Keratitis: Keratitis can also cause eye fainting. If it is caused by bacterial infection, it can be treated with local antibiotics such as tobramycin. If it is caused by viral infection, it can be treated with antiviral drugs such as acyclovir and ganciclovir.
For patients with eyesight loss, they should be examined by a doctor, and after diagnosis, cooperate with the doctor to standardize the treatment and medication, do not blindly use their own medication.
