Gastric cancer with first station lymph node metastasis is usually stage III. For gastric cancer, if perigastric lymph node metastasis is found during pathological examination, it is usually stage III gastric cancer. The first station lymph nodes are usually perigastric lymph nodes, including group I, group II, group III, group IV, and even group V and group VI lymph nodes. If the patient is in early stage of gastric cancer, usually the pathological stage is earlier, there is a possibility that there is no lymph node metastasis. If there is lymph node metastasis, it means that there is already a possibility of tumor metastasis, so patients need to continue chemotherapy after surgery according to the results of pathological staging, and they need to go to the hospital for regular review to prevent tumor spreading in the abdominal cavity or distant metastasis, etc.
