The difference between whitish turbidity and seminal turbidity is that these are two different conditions and the symptoms of the two diseases are different.
White turbidity usually means that the urine is as white as rice paste, astringent, non-painful or slightly painful; or the urine is clear at the beginning and then turns white, and in some cases there are also small pieces of condensation. White turbidity is also known as faecal turbidity, drowning turbidity, urinary turbidity, drowning white, white obscene, and in modern times it is referred to as dribbling white. Chinese medicine believes that whitish turbidity occurs due to dampness-heat underflow (dampness and heat evils invading the intestines, bladder, pubic area, lower limbs, etc.) or deficiency of the spleen and kidneys.
Seminal turbidity is a TCM condition that manifests as a feeling of discomfort in the lesser abdomen, perineum, and testicles, discomfort or burning sensation during urination, white discharge overflowing from the urethra at the end of urination or during bowel movement, and sometimes symptoms such as urinary urgency, frequency, and pain can also occur.
After the discomfort occurs, you should seek medical attention and treatment under the guidance of your doctor.
