The usual brown discharge may be cervical columnar epithelial ectasia, or it may be caused by chronic cervicitis, cervical polyps and other diseases.
1. Cervical columnar epithelial ectasia: it is a physiological change, mainly related to estrogen secretion abnormality, mostly seen in women of childbearing age, long-term oral contraceptive pills and so on. 2. Chronic cervicitis: this disease is mainly caused by Chlamydia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, anaerobic bacteria and other pathogenic microorganisms, a few patients will have abnormal vaginal bleeding, which can be manifested as a small amount of bleeding after sexual intercourse, so there will be the usual situation of brown discharge.
3. Cervical polyps: the cause of the formation of this disease is not clear, may be related to cervical infection, chronic inflammatory stimulation, estrogen levels rise and other reasons. Some patients have excessive leukorrhea, abnormal vaginal bleeding and other symptoms, manifested as brown discharge.
