Girls’ chest pain can be categorized into physiological and pathological, and pathological causes include breast diseases, chest wall diseases and cardiovascular diseases. 1. Physiological: If the underwear you choose is too tight, it may cause this symptom due to excessive compression; and before and after menstruation, it may cause this symptom due to hormonal disorders. These are all normal physiological phenomena and do not require special treatment. 2. Pathological: If you suffer from breast diseases, such as breast hyperplasia, breast fibroma and mastitis, this symptom will appear because the breast is in the chest; chest wall diseases, such as costochondritis, sternal rib fracture and other diseases will also produce this symptom because of inflammation; and cardiovascular diseases, such as angina pectoris, will also appear this symptom. If you suspect that the symptoms are pathologic, it is recommended that you go to the hospital in a timely manner.
