No contraindications have been found between Xianhe Cao, Yuan Zhi, Yi Zhi Ren and Zhen Zi Cao, so they can generally be used together, but they should follow the doctor’s instructions.
It can be used in the treatment of hemoptysis, vomiting blood, malaria, dysentery, carbuncle, swelling and sores. Adverse reactions and contraindications are not known.
Yuan Zhi nourishes the heart and calms the mind, has the efficacy of calming the mind and benefiting the intellect, communicating with the heart and kidneys (heart fire descending, kidney water ascending, and mutual control), expelling phlegm and opening the orifices, and dispersing carbuncles and swellings, and can be used in the treatment of insomnia and excessive sleepiness caused by heart-kidney dysfunctions (heart fire exuberance, kidney yin deficiency, and the physiological dysfunctions of the heart and the kidneys), amnesia and palpitations, delirium, and coughing up phlegm and phlegm. Yuan Zhi should be used with caution in patients with gastric ulcer and gastritis.
Yi Zhi Ren is a Yang tonic with the effects of warming the kidneys to consolidate semen and reduce urination (treating seminal emission and urination by warming the kidneys), warming the spleen to stop diarrhea and ingest saliva (treating diarrhea and excessive saliva by warming the spleen), and can be used in the treatment of conditions such as renal deficiency with seminal emission and urination, frequent urination, seminal emission and leucorrhoea (urine as turbid as white slurry), and diarrhea caused by cold in the spleen. Adverse reactions and contraindications are not clear.
Elongation herb to dispel wind, cold and dampness, has the effect of dispelling wind and removing dampness, soothe the tendons and activate the collaterals, can be used for joint pain, flexion and extension of unfavorable treatment. It should not be used by pregnant women.
There is no contraindication between the above four herbs, and they can be used together under normal circumstances.
