Testicle 6ml size for 11 year old boy is generally considered normal if there is no other adverse reaction.
Generally 11-year-old children who have not yet entered puberty and have not yet begun to develop, the testicular volume is 1 to 3 ml. If the boy develops earlier, the testicular volume and size of about 5 to 6 ml is also normal, if there is no other adverse reaction less than testicular distension and pain, mostly considered normal; if accompanied by distension and pain, tenderness, and other obvious discomforts, then it is possible that the situation is pathologic.
During puberty, the volume of testicles may gradually increase during the growth process until the end of the developmental period, and the volume of testicles is usually 15 to 25 ml. If the volume of testicles is more than 25 ml, it should be considered that it is due to pathological factors, such as testicular sheath effusion, testicular tumors, etc., which may lead to an increase in the volume of testicles and accompanied by obvious distension, which is an abnormal manifestation.
Currently only know the testicular volume, but also need to be based on other accompanying symptoms to determine whether the normal, once found to have testicular distension, congestion, edema, urinary frequency, urinary urgency, urinary incontinence and other symptoms should be promptly to the regular hospital consultation and treatment.
