The diagnosis of heat stroke is usually based on medical history and symptoms and signs, which are usually caused by long working life in a high temperature, high heat, and non-ventilated environment. The symptoms and signs are mainly symptoms of the central nervous system and symptoms of central thermoregulatory center dysregulation, while the symptoms of the central nervous system are usually manifested as dizziness, headache, nausea, vomiting, lack of mental concentration or uncoordinated arms and legs. However, in case of severe heat stroke, it may also manifest as coma, convulsions, and shock. Abnormalities in the thermoregulatory center usually manifest as fever, and in the case of aura heat stroke, hypothermia. However, in mild heat stroke, the fever can reach 38°C or higher and be accompanied by flushing, sweating and coldness, etc. In severe heat stroke, the fever can reach 39.5°C or higher.
