Endometrial cancer review, CA125 is 22, CA199 is 19, normal?

CA125 of 22IU/ml and CA199 of 19IU/ml in postoperative review of endometrial cancer are normal. The normal range of CA125 is 0~35IU/ml and CA199 is 0~37IU/ml, which are tumor markers used to monitor the progress of the disease. CA125 of 22IU/ml and CA199 of 19IU/ml are within the normal range, suggesting that the tumor has not recurred and metastasized yet. However, tumor markers are only used as an auxiliary judgment method, and should be combined with ultrasound and other imaging examinations, as well as clinical symptoms and signs to comprehensively determine whether the disease has recurrence, metastasis and other progress. Recurrence of endometrial cancer usually occurs within three years after treatment, and it is recommended to have regular review after surgery, usually every three months within two years after treatment, every six months within three to five years, and every year after five years.
