The effect of otitis media in a few days depends on the severity of the otitis media and the sensitivity of the patient to the drug. If the symptoms of otitis media are mild and the sensitivity of the patient to the oxyfloxacin ear drops is relatively strong, the effect will be obvious within three days and the cure can be achieved within a week or so. However, if the symptoms of otitis media are more serious and the patient is not particularly sensitive to oxyfloxacin ear drops, the treatment time will be longer, some may need about five days to see the effect, and the time for complete cure may be even longer, some may need about two weeks. For otitis media, if it is more serious, it also needs to be treated in combination with systemic application of antibiotics.
