What are the symptoms of cervical heart disease?

Cervical angina is clinically known as cervical heart syndrome or cervicogenic heart disease, which is mainly characterized by sudden pain, arrhythmia, hypertension and other symptoms.
1. Sudden pain: that is, sudden onset of cervical angina pectoris, the pain site is mostly at the back of the upper or middle sternum, and may also spread to most of the precordial area, often radiating to the shoulders and upper limbs, with the left side being the most common. The nature of the pain is mostly a sense of pressure or suffocation, often accompanied by chest tightness, tightness of breath, neck discomfort, soreness and distension, and may also be accompanied by dizziness, cerebral distension, insomnia, excessive sweating, and agitation.
This kind of angina mostly occurs after working for too long with the head down, getting up from a high pillow sleep, and suddenly twisting or shaking the head. The blood lipids are normal, there is no sign of atherosclerosis in funduscopic examination, the heart load test is normal, and the effect of taking nitroglycerin tablets is not good.
2. Arrhythmia: Arrhythmia caused by cervical spondylosis, generally without cardiovascular organic lesions, is often induced by changes in body position or posture, and is often recurrent and has a tendency to gradually aggravate.
3. Hypertension: Generally there is no organic lesion such as arteriosclerosis, and it is mostly induced by the change of head and neck posture, which is characterized by the large fluctuation of blood pressure, and after the cure of cervical spondylosis, it is not necessary to take antihypertensive drugs for life.
This disease is a manifestation of the more serious condition of cervical spondylosis, so it is recommended that patients go to a professional hospital for diagnosis and treatment in a timely manner.
