Dexzopiclone Tablet belongs to the class of sedative-hypnotic drugs, short-acting sleep aids. It is a stereoisomer of zopiclone, a non-benzodiazepine hypnotic, the exact mechanism of the hypnotic effect of dexzopiclone is not clear, but it is thought to be caused by the action of the Y-aminobutyric acid complex coupled with benzodiazepine receptors, mainly used for patients with difficulty in falling asleep, as well as for the treatment of insomnia.
