Misconceptions about psoriasis visits

Common misunderstandings of psoriasis consultation: 1. blindly seeking for radical cure; 2. emphasizing the recent efficacy, but not the long-term efficacy; 3. emphasizing drug treatment, but not life care; 4. excessive taboo; 5. superstitious prescription; 6. believing in advertisements; 7. over-treatment. Only by correctly understanding the disease can we get along with it better and even overcome it. Insufficient understanding of the characteristics of the disease will easily produce these misconceptions. Patients with psoriasis and their families, especially parents of minors, should proactively receive formal education and consultation on psoriasis and arm their minds with knowledge, so that they can keep a clear head in the current complicated medical market and take the initiative to grasp a healthy life.
