Patchy high-density shadow can be seen in the upper lobe of the right lung and the left lung. Possible causes include pneumonia and tuberculosis, and sometimes it is necessary to be vigilant against pneumonia-type lung cancer. 1. Pneumonia: If it is caused by pneumonia, most of them will have respiratory symptoms such as coughing and sputum, or systemic manifestations such as fever. 2. Tuberculosis: it is a chronic respiratory disease mainly caused by tuberculosis bacillus, usually with slow onset and long course, mainly manifesting symptoms such as low fever in the afternoon, night sweating (sweating abnormally after going to sleep, but sweating stops after waking up), cough, hemoptysis, chest pain, weight loss, etc., as well as symptoms such as fatigue, palpitation (accelerated heartbeat often accompanied with panic), dyspnea and so on. 3. Pneumonic lung cancer: it belongs to peripheral lung cancer, which is mostly manifested as patchy or large fuzzy shadows on CT, with clinical manifestations of cough, sputum, hemoptysis, as well as symptoms of chest pain, chest tightness and fever, which are very similar to pneumonia, and thus easily misdiagnosed and need to be vigilant. If imaging tests show patchy high-density shadows in the upper lobe of the right lung and the left lung, it is recommended to consult your doctor for further treatment.
