The size of the baby’s eyes is not necessarily related to the sleeping position, it may be congenital. It is advisable not to let children sleep on their stomachs due to poor sleeping posture, but to sleep in a supine position, or alternate with the side of the eye that is larger in supine position and less to the side of the eye that is smaller, either way alternating to avoid strabismus. In addition, for some congenital eye size may be developmental anomalies, can only be solved in a timely manner through surgery or other means, not related to sleep position.
