A non-smooth cervix may be due to the presence of localized superfluous organisms in the cervix, such as cervical polyps or cauliflower-like tissue material, or red granular-like changes in the localized cervix, which require further examination in clinical practice. If it is simple cervical erosion, it is a normal physiological phenomenon and no treatment needs to be given. Because of this condition, it is mainly due to the high secretion of estrogen in the body that causes the cervical columnar epithelium to migrate outward, resulting in red granular-like changes on the surface of the cervix. If it is a cervical polyp, it is recommended to have the polyp removed in 3-7 days after menstruation. If there is a localized cauliflower-like growth on the cervix, it is clinically recommended to exclude the possibility of cervical cancer. Screening for cervical cancer can be done and colposcopy can be done if necessary. According to the results, treatment should be given as soon as possible.
