Diagnosis of combined gestational diabetes

1, pre-gestational diabetes combined with pregnancy: fasting glucose greater than or equal to 7-0 mmol/L; glycosylated hemoglobin greater than or equal to 6-5%; random blood glucose >11-1 mmol/L and accompanied by symptoms. 2.Gestational diabetes mellitus: women without pre-gestational diabetes mellitus should have 75g glucose tolerance test at 24 weeks to 28 weeks of gestation. Values: fasting glucose 5-1mmol/L; 1 hour postprandial glucose 10-0mmol/L; 2 hours postprandial glucose 8-5mmol/L; one abnormality can be diagnosed. 3.Glucose management standard during pregnancy: fasting blood sugar <5-2mmol/L; 1 hour postprandial blood sugar <7-8mmol/L; 2 hours postprandial blood sugar <6-7mmol/L. 4.Pregnancy drug application: (1) Insulin can control blood sugar and does not pass through the placenta. (2) Oral hypoglycemic drugs can penetrate the placenta and have teratogenic effects and neonatal hypoglycemia, so in principle, they are not used.
