Oseltamivir phosphate pediatric dosage

Oseltamivir is a neuraminidase inhibitor and is a commonly used antiviral drug for the treatment of influenza. Pediatric dosage is: infants and young children less than 8 months old, usually 3mg/kg each time, twice a day; 9-11 months old babies, 3.5mg/Kg each time, twice a day; greater than 1 year old babies weighing less than 15kg, usually 30mg orally once, twice a day; weighing less than 15Kg-23Kg, usually 45mg once, twice a day; more than 23Kg babies , usually 1 time 60mg twice a day for 5 days.
