Vascular embolus or lymphatic metastasis?

From the clinical point of view, lymph node metastasis is relatively more serious than vascular thrombosis, and the relative prognosis is also a bit deviated.
Vascular embolism refers to the tumor metastasis was not detected by imaging examination before surgery, but the tumor infiltration in peripheral blood vessels or lymphatic vessels can be detected by pathological examination.
Lymphatic metastasis means that regional lymph node metastasis has been detected through imaging examination, or lymphatic cleansing pathology has detected metastatic lymph nodes; on the whole, lymphatic metastasis is more serious.
After the surgery, if there are vascular thrombus and lymphatic metastasis through examination, basically it needs to be controlled by adjuvant radiotherapy during the recovery period, and in order to prevent recurrence and distant metastasis, it needs to be reviewed regularly and handled in a standardized way under the guidance of clinicians.
