Negative and positive breast cancer generally refers to molecular typing, but the severity should not be judged solely on the basis of molecular typing results, but also in combination with staging. Usually, when the staging is the same, the three (estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, HER2) are negative is relatively more serious. Breast cancer is a serious malignant tumor, and there is a difference between positive and negative in molecular typing of breast cancer. Usually, endocrine therapy and targeted therapy are more effective when estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, and HER2 are positive than when all three are negative. Therefore, the three negative ones are relatively more serious. Breast cancer will appear breast lumps, breast abnormalities, the surrounding skin appears orange peel, dimple-like depression, and the position and shape of the breast changes, such as nipple inversion, erosion and uneven height, once the onset of the disease requires timely surgical treatment.
