Lumbar spondylolisthesis can cause lumbar pain, and in severe cases, compression of nerves causing leg pain, numbness, weakness, or with large, urinary and sexual dysfunction, most will gradually aggravate, it is difficult to heal itself, so it is necessary to treat. Most of the causes of lumbar spondylolisthesis are due to congenital dysplasia of the lumbar spine, which causes the isthmus of the lumbar arch to collapse, so that the lumbar joint cannot bear the weight pressure and the vertebral body slips forward. Surgery is the most effective way to treat lumbar spondylolisthesis, and fusion of the slipped vertebrae is the most common method. However, specific surgical operations often differ greatly depending on the surgeon, and post-operative recurrence of dislocation with poor results is also seen, making re-operation more difficult. Our hospital uses intervertebral fusion plate replantation technology to treat lumbar spondylolisthesis, which not only effectively resets the spine to prevent recurrence of spondylolisthesis, but also removes the whole plate that collapses and replants the plate after resetting the spondylolisthesis, restoring the normal structure of the lumbar spinal canal and effectively preventing the possibility of postoperative dural adhesions to compress nerves. The traditional method is to occlude the lamina, and then the nerve lacks bony spinal canal protection which can easily cause scar compression. Posterior fusion with nail rod fixation alone is often not strong enough and is a cause of re-slip. In recent years, we have seen several cases of patients who came for treatment after surgery in outside hospitals, all of which were unfortunately caused by improper surgery.
