What’s with the chest swelling and vomiting?

If chest swelling and pain with nausea and vomiting occurs, it may be caused by acute coronary syndrome, premenstrual syndrome, gastroesophageal reflux disease and other diseases, which usually require symptomatic treatment, including drug therapy, surgery and so on.
1. Acute coronary syndrome: mainly including unstable angina, non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, there will be resting and nocturnal angina, and the chest pain radiates to a new site. Medication can be used with nitrates such as nitroglycerin, beta receptor antagonists such as metoprolol, and antiplatelet agents such as aspirin. In addition, percutaneous coronary intervention can also be used.
2. Premenstrual syndrome: it refers to the cyclic appearance of somatic and mental behavioral changes in the luteal phase of women, and the symptoms disappear naturally after the onset of menstruation. It is a normal physiological condition.
3. Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): It is a condition in which the contents of the stomach and duodenum reflux into the esophagus causing discomfort and complications. Reflux and heartburn may occur. Chest pain can occur due to severe pain caused by reflux irritation. It is usually treated with medication, such as gastric acid inhibitors like omeprazole and gastrointestinal stimulants like domperidone. Surgery is performed if necessary.
