The effect of static pushing of calcium gluconate

Calcium gluconate injection is a very commonly used drug in clinical practice. Its main effects include anti-allergy, treatment of hyperkalemia and calcium ion supplementation, as follows: 1. Patients with allergy can be treated with calcium gluconate by static pushing to relieve the symptoms of allergy; 2. Patients with hyperkalemia can also be treated with calcium gluconate by static pushing. The application of calcium gluconate to supplement calcium ions can cause potassium ions to flow intracellularly and lower blood potassium. Patients with hyperkalemia can also have weakened myocardial contraction due to the presence of metabolic acidosis, and proper supplementation of calcium gluconate can enhance myocardial contraction. 3. Patients with calcium deficiency may also have hypocalcemic convulsions, and calcium gluconate can also be applied intravenously to relieve symptoms.
