What is the best ointment to apply on face acne

Facial pimples are clinically known as acne and can be treated with medications such as fusidic acid cream, retinoic acid cream, and adapalene gel under doctor’s supervision.
1. Fusidic acid cream: It is used for the treatment of infectious diseases such as impetigo, boils, carbuncles, onychomycosis, traumatic infections, bearded sores, sweating inflammation, redness, folliculitis, and common acne.
