Antigen testing is a method of detecting whether a virus has invaded the human body. The sample to be tested is dropped into an antigen testing reagent and the results are observed and obtained. The antigen detection reagent has its corresponding antibody, the collected sample is dropped into the antigen detection reagent, the phenomenon can be observed in a short period of time, and the test result is obtained. Viruses are composed of a protein shell and the genetic material within it, and the protein shell is the antigen. Antigen detection is a relatively simple and rapid test used in the early stages of viral infection, compared to the complex steps of nucleic acid testing, antigen detection has become an emerging detection method. However, it is not highly accurate and can only be used for preliminary detection.
