Why does vaginal gel expel something?

Most of the medications that are inserted into the vagina will melt and cause a large amount of discharge. After the gel is inserted into the vagina, a chemical reaction occurs in the vagina and the discharge is similar to confetti. In some cases, it may take a few days before the discharge of a mass of tissue, which is mainly drug residue. In addition, if the vaginal discharge is bloody, or if the discharge is purulent or smelly, it is an abnormal phenomenon.
