There is no optimal treatment for pemphigus vulgaris, which is mainly dealt with through general treatment and medication.
Pemphigus vulgaris is a psychogenic-led, autoimmune-related, non-scarring hair loss disorder that can occur on any part of the body. The etiology of the disease is not fully understood, and it is currently believed that it may be related to genetics, mental and emotional stress, endocrine disorders, immunoinflammation and other factors, and may belong to the category of polygenic diseases. This disease is mostly treated with general therapy and medication.
1. General treatment: get rid of possible triggering factors and pay attention to the combination of work and rest. The vast majority of baldness can be cured naturally within 6 to 12 months. For patients with extensive baldness or total baldness or generalized baldness, it is advisable to wear a wig to reduce the psychological burden.
2. Medication: Minoxidil can be used locally to improve local blood circulation and promote hair growth; prednisolone suspension or compound betamethasone injection can be used to reduce inflammation around hair follicles in the balding area; calcium pantothenate and vitamin B can also be taken orally under the guidance of doctors to help hair growth.
If a 4-year-old girl develops baldness, it is recommended that she seek medical attention and be evaluated by a specialist. All of the above medications should be used in accordance with the doctor’s instructions, avoid self-medication.
