Cervical erosion-like changes are divided into physiological erosion-like changes and pathological erosion-like changes. Physiologic celiac disease is mainly related to the estrogen level in the patient’s body. As long as women of childbearing age have normal estrogen levels, the patient’s cervical erosion-like changes exist and there is no way to get rid of them. Only after the patient’s menopause, estrogen levels decline, the patient’s cervical erosion-like changes can be self-healing. Pathologic cervical erosion is mainly related to cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer. If it is cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and early cervical cancer, it can be completely cured after surgical excision. However, if cervical cancer occurs in stage II, stage III or other metastases, major surgical resection is needed according to the specific situation, and the patient’s cervix is not preserved, so there is no way to talk about whether it is eradicated or not.
