Can you apply burn cream to a burn with blisters?

Scalds with blisters are usually amenable to the application of burn ointment.
Scalding is caused by high-temperature liquid without flame, high-temperature solids or high-temperature steam and other human tissue damage, the most common symptoms include redness, swelling, blisters, peeling, whitening, pain and so on.
The occurrence of burns should be immediately rinsed with cold water, the general temperature of the water about 20 ℃ or so can be, rinse time of about half an hour or more, direct rinse without pain until the scald if there is a small blisters, you can use complex iodine disinfection and then directly rub the scald cream treatment.
If it is a large blisters need to use a sterile syringe to extract the liquid inside the bubble, retain the blister skin, and then externally bandage the scald cream, and regularly change the treatment. Serious burns patients can take amoxicillin, cefaclor and other antibiotics to prevent infection.
It is recommended to go to the regular hospital in time after the scald, follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
