Dendritic signs in the lungs are serious imaging signs, which can be clarified by CT and other examinations, suggesting that the patient’s lungs can be caused by inflammation, tuberculosis, infection, tumors, and even pneumoconiosis. Clinically, it is mainly considered to be caused by the thickening of the wall of the small bronchial tubes in the lungs and infiltration of the bronchial tubes. The nature of the disease can be clarified by combining sputum tuberculosis smear, sputum culture, drug sensitivity test and bronchoscopy. If the disease is caused by pneumonia, there will be elevated neutrophils and white blood cell changes in the blood picture, so that reasonable antibiotics can be chosen, and a combination of treatments with sputum removing and asthma calming drugs can normalize the pulmonary dendritic signs. With appropriate nebulized inhalation, it is also beneficial to correct the symptom, like the application of dexamethasone, gentamicin and chymotrypsin.
