2. Adenomas are benign tumors that are usually asymptomatic. It can be treated by simple resection of the adenoma.
3. Small bowel smooth muscle sarcoma originates from the muscular layer of the small bowel wall. It has better effect through extensive intestinal resection and chemotherapy.
