Reasons why men can’t have children

The reasons why men can’t have children are still quite varied and should be analyzed according to the specific patient’s condition. For example, some patients are unable to have children because of poor sperm quality, such as oligospermia, weak spermatozoa can cause inability to have children. For such patients, appropriate medication can be given to improve the fertility of the patient. In other cases, patients may be suffering from dead sperm or azoospermia, for which assisted reproductive technology may be required to have children. Other patients may have no problems with sperm quality but have other diseases, such as severe premature ejaculation, which prevents the ejaculation of semen into the female vagina, thus causing inability to have children. Patients with severe hypospadias are also unable to have children.
