With secondary infection, patients can use antibiotic treatment such as fusidic acid cream.
(2) oral drugs: patients with severe itching need to use antihistamines such as cetirizine, loratadine, etc.; for serious conditions and the effect of conventional therapies are not good patients can use immunosuppressants such as cyclosporine, azathioprine, etc..
3. Physical therapy: At present, phototherapy is the main treatment for eczema through the narrow-spectrum ultraviolet radiation.
