What ointment to use to get rid of mites on the face

There are several actual ointments used to remove mites from the face. In most cases you can use 10% sulfur ointment, or you can use metronidazole gel, or you can use Lindane cream, all of which are generally insecticidal in nature. But facial mites should first be diagnosed microscopically, and if they are indeed mites, it’s not too late to use the creams. But if you use topical creams blindly, it may cause damage to the skin, especially to the stratum corneum. For example, 10% sulfur ointment, if used inappropriately, may cause dry skin, exfoliation of the stratum corneum, or dryness and itching, and in severe cases, prolonged use, may cause local pain, etc.
